About

Managing Workplace Discrimination, Harassment and Conflict Since 1994

Our Story

We’re certified organization and relationship systems coaches (ORSC). Some of us are also lawyers. We’re restoration experts with extensive knowledge, skills and experience in both the private and public sector. We combine our diverse backgrounds with a unique approach that gets results.

We’ve been engaged at all organizational levels with every stakeholder involved in workplace disputes and harassment complaints: complainants, respondents, witnesses, human resource professionals, C-suite, boards, unions, lawyers and tribunals.
We’re passionate about our work. We know what is possible and we are looking to partner with organizations who value relationships, their talent and their workplace culture.

What We Believe

We believe that everyone wants to be in collaborative, trusting relationships and, in some cases, they just don’t know how. Feelings of mistreatment, poor communication, a harassment investigation, or ineffective leadership are just some of the reasons working relationships and teams can be compromised. Often employees don’t know their way back from these experiences. That’s where we come in. We know from experience that whether it’s conflict on a team or workplace harassment causing disruption and discontentment, there is a path through to resolution. Even in the most difficult cases, relationships can be repaired and can even thrive.

Our Approach

Based on the ORSC model and your desired outcomes, we design a coaching process that is engaging and transformational for both the participants and the working relationships. Our approach addresses issues like ineffective or toxic communication, strain post complaint and investigation, low team morale, conflict avoidance, divisiveness within teams, revenge, lack of productivity and confusion about roles on a team to name a few.
Our approach is different from mediation. We not only address the issues and support resolution of the problem, we also provide the participants with tools and skills so that future conflict can be navigated successfully.

We have the legal expertise to develop a process that takes into account legal rights and obligations recognizing these conflicts happen within the context of the workplace where legislation applies. This consideration is an important one. Harassment training can be incorporated into the process, where appropriate.
