Harassment and discrimination policy development and implementation

We develop Respect in the Workplace policies and procedures that include processes that encourage low level resolution of conflict and employee complaints. We also provide an implementation plan that lines up with your legal obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Occupational Health and Safety Act and educates employees and managers about their rights and obligations under your policy.
