Welcome to your learning journey! I’m excited to have you on board. As you begin, please note that the course is designed so that you’ll need to complete each lesson in order before moving on to the next one. This way, you won’t miss out on any important material! Enjoy!

Navigating the Course Environment

The course is built such that you must complete every lesson, including quizzes, in sequence. The system won’t allow you to skip ahead prior to completing the lesson.

Several of the lessons include support materials. Wherever this is the case, a “Materials” tab will appear beside the “Lesson” tab at the top. We also give you a reminder under the video alerting you to the availability of support materials.

Begin the course by clicking/tapping on the first lesson below, “Creating Context”.

Logging Out and Logging Back In

You will see your user credentials in the top right hand corner of the current lesson page. Click/tap to bring the drop-down menu and select “Log Out”.

Logging Back In

• Go to this website (www.respectatwork.ca).
• Look for the Client Services sub-menu at the top of the page (immediately below the main menu).
• Select “My Account”.
• Log in.
• When your account page loads, select “My Courses”.
• Choose the course you’re in the midst of taking.
• You’ll then be taken to the last lesson you were working on.
